Dear members,

I am using Windows 7 and Speech SDK 5.1 installed.
I am looking for a way to limit the voice recognition only to a certain app;
such as dictpad. Now that recognises everything so say "start" then open the
start menu.
I would like to disable all functions other than my app.

Appreciate any tips.

Chris

Funny you asked, because I was just coming to this forum to ask the same
question. (I'm using Vista at the moment, but plan to upgrade to Windows 7
soon and Vista exhibits the same behavior)

I've looked around in the speech options and I can't seem to figure out how
to prevent Windows from acting on speech input. But if you don't say "start
listening", then my application doesn't seem to get any speech input.
