Once a profile is setup in speech recognition, could that person use a
recorded dictation to input? We have staff on the road who would use a
digital recorder and want to have that recording transcribed.

One of the 7 features of the WSRToolkit is to allow transcription from a
digital recording in MP3 or .Wav format. See the toolkit at:

Be advised, your staff would still have to use good computer dictation
techniques to get high accuracy. This means they would have to enunciate
clearly, speak in phrases, and dictate punctuation marks. In addition, they
must use a high quality digital recorder like the Phillips 9600 or the Zoom
H2.
